Billing & support

Billing and support stay close to the core analytics workflow in Tiny. You can manage plan access, review seat usage, and keep support requests inside the same workspace where installs and verification happen.

Billing overview

Open Billing to see your current subscription state and entitlement summary.

The billing area includes:

  • an overview tab with current plan details
  • plan comparison and upgrade actions
  • payment and invoice management for paid plans

The free plan currently focuses on getting a workspace live quickly:

  • 1 seat
  • Create and install sources
  • Live debug view

Plans and invoices

Plan changes require billing management permissions.

Inside Billing you can:

  • switch between monthly and yearly plan pricing
  • start a checkout session for a paid plan
  • open the Stripe customer portal to manage payment methods and invoices
  • review subscription status and renewal timing

If Stripe is not configured in the current environment, billing portal and checkout actions return a 503 with a Stripe configuration message.

Support inbox

Open Support to keep workspace support threads in one place.

The support inbox includes:

  • ticket search
  • ticket metrics
  • a create-request flow
  • threaded ticket detail pages

When you create a new request, Tiny stores the subject, category, and conversation history inside the workspace instead of sending you to an external placeholder email flow.

When to contact support

Support is most useful when you need help with:

  • source setup and allowed-origin issues
  • live verification and ingest rejections
  • billing questions
  • workspace access or permission confusion

Start with the debug view and Troubleshooting for install issues, then open a support request if you still need help.
